Grass fed means higher in omega-3 fatty acids - essential for enhancing heart health and reducing the risk of arthritis, obesity, insulin resistance allergies, and autoimmune diseases. That's why here on the Creek we are:

Growing Naturally

We grow livestock on naturally fertilized fields and hay. All of our calves and their mothers have plenty of room to run and have fun! We are committed to an open sustainable approach to ranching, with all the goodness found right here.

Growing Slowly

Grass fed calves are higher in beta-carotene - helpful in reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease - of course, to raise a good calf slowly, naturally, takes time.

Growing Locally

We grow only calves and lambs born on the farm for our friends and us. We own the parents, and in most cases, are raising second generation calves and lambs. We truly offer only local products.

Growing For The Future

Industrial grain-based feeding operations foul the environment, expose cattle to harsh conditions, require large amounts of fuel, and produce higher levels of pollutants.
